Welcome to Paces Adult Services
Paces Adult Services provides specialist Conductive Education for adults with Cerebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injury, stroke, and other neurological movement conditions. Our dedicated team works alongside each individual to support their ongoing development and quality of life.
We operate from our Smithy Wood building in Sheffield, offering a warm, supportive environment where adults can continue to develop movement, independence, and meaningful social connections.
Our services include the Adult Day Service (Monday–Friday) and a weekly Stroke Group during term time. We also provide support for parents and carers navigating the challenges of adult social care.
